Addis Ababa: The 6th National Police Research symposium kicked off at the Ethiopian Police University in the Oromia region's Sendafa town today. Ethiopian Police University President, Deputy Commissioner General Mesfin Abebe, Director General of Policy Research Institute, Teferi Tiyaru, and Ethiopian Civil Service University Vice President Alemayehu Debebe, members of the National Defense forces, high ranking police officers and invited guests are attending the symposium. The two-day annual police research symposium is expected to discuss on ranges of issues including transboundary migration, human trafficking, causes of conflict, conflict management, peace building among other things.
