Addis Ababa: The Africa Leadership Excellence Academy (AFLEX,) and the Organisation of Southern Cooperation (OSC) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperative work in Africa today. Chief of AFLEX, Zadig Abraha and Secretary-General of OSC, Sheikh Mansour bin Musallam inked the MoU. The MoU, which would be valid for five years, enables the two institutes to cooperate in areas of education, research and social development across Africa, including Ethiopia. Moreover, the two institutes will exchange information, experts and other support for the achievement of their common goals, it was learnt. As both entities intend to foster South-South Cooperation, the MoU will be instrumental to achieve their common goals. Source: Ethiopian News Agency
