Ethiopia and Qatar discussed issues that would further strengthen joint defense capacity building and diplomatic ties, according to the Ethiopian Embassy in Doha. Minister of Defense Abraham Belay, and his accompanying delegation discussed with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah, it was learned. The two sides deliberated on key topics of common concern and cooperation areas between Ethiopia and Qatar to strengthen them. Particularly, the two countries have agreed to consolidate their partnership in the defense sphere.
