Sangui©: The vital forces of Sangui©, led by the High Commissioner of the province, Talari Germaine Ouoba, attended a ceremony at the private high school Harouna BAZI‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬° on Wednesday. The event marked the compulsory patriotic immersion, featuring the raising of the national colors and an audio message from the President of Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor©, directed at the new high school graduates.
According to Burkina Information Agency, President Traor© congratulated the 2025 baccalaureate graduates on their achievements and emphasized the need for patriotic, honest, and united citizens to support the ongoing revolution. He encouraged the youth to study the history of Burkina Faso and Africa to better understand current geopolitical and security issues, while warning them about the "war of disinformation" from "imperialists."
High Commissioner Germaine Ouoba highlighted that Sangui© province has around 1,560 new high school graduates across various locations. Ouoba congratulated them and urged them to embrace the President's message. The ceremony commenced with the raising of the national flag, accompanied by the national anthem sung in the Ly©l© language.
The provincial director of secondary education, Rasmata GrSce Guingan©, praised the initiative for cultivating young people who are passionate about their country and willing to make sacrifices for it.
Several graduates expressed satisfaction with the event, noting the excellent organization, camaraderie, and discipline, including a ban on mobile phones and adherence to a structured daily program. For these young individuals, the immersion experience has strengthened their pride in being Burkinab¨.
