Road Renovation Campaign in Golo Administrative Area

Asmara: Residents of villages in the Golo administrative area in the Senafe sub-zone are actively participating in a popular campaign to renovate a dirt road that connects Senafe with the Talha-Nar’e administrative area. This initiative is aimed at improving transportation services that have been disrupted due to road damage caused by flooding.

According to African Press Organization, Mr. Ibrahim Omar, the managing director of the Golo administrative area, emphasized that the campaign’s primary goal is to repair the road, which has become a significant challenge for local residents. The renovation efforts are crucial for addressing transportation issues faced by the community in this region.

The Golo administrative area is situated approximately 12 kilometers east of Senafe and has a population of about 1,500 residents. The road renovation project is a community-driven effort to enhance accessibility and connectivity for the people living in this area.
