Addis Ababa: Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed held productive discussions with Chinese Prime Minister Li Qiang today, where the two leaders explored concrete ways to deepen the partnership between the two countries. 'Earlier, President Xi Jinping unveiled a ten-point action plan at FOCAC, which aligns well with our growth and development goals. I also expressed my desire to strengthen agricultural cooperation, particularly in modernizing practices for enhanced productivity. We explored support for our industrialization and digitization efforts as well,' Premier Abiy posted on X. The Prime Minister also pointed out that: "The signing of 17 MOUs, which we presided over, is a significant testament to the 'all weather strategic cooperation partnership' between Ethiopia and China."
