Some 3.8 billion USD was earned from export this Ethiopian Fiscal Year, according to Ministry of Trade and Regional Integration. Performance evaluation of the 2016 Ethiopian Fiscal Year and the plan of this year of the ministry is underway in Jigjiga, Somali region. Speaking on the occasion, Trade and Regional Integration Minister Kasahun Gofe said the revenue has shown 4.57 percent increment when compared to same period of last year. Out of the earned income, agriculture takes the lead by 76.43 percent, followed by manufacturing, mining, electric power and other sectors.
