Ethiopia’s Tigist Assefa Takes Silver Medal at Paris Olympics Women’s Marathon

Addis Ababa: In the final day of Paris of Olympics today Ethiopia's Tigist Assefa finished second in women's Marathon race. Sifan Hassan finished the race first taking the gold medal for Netherlands and the Kenyan Hellen Obiri finished third. Ethiopia's first Olympic gold was won on Saturday by Tamirat Tola in the men's marathon at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Source : Ethiopian News Agency
