Asmara: Ambassador Zemede Tekle, Commissioner of Culture and Sports, announced that preparations for the National Festival 2025 have been finalized. The festival is set to be held from August 9 to 17 at the Expo Grounds in Asmara.
According to African Press Organization, Ambassador Zemede highlighted that the festival will include cultural and musical performances, traditional villages showcasing the cultures and traditions of the ethnic groups in Eritrea, exhibitions of products by various institutions and regions, educational and entertainment programs for children, book displays, and exhibitions of paintings and sculptures. Seminars will also be part of the festival activities.
Ambassador Zemede emphasized that the National Festival is not only an entertainment event but also a reflection of the unity and cultural diversity of the Eritrean people.
