Guiriko: The Minister of Communication Visits Media Outlets in Bobo-Dioulasso

Guiriko: The Minister of Communication, Pingdwend© Gilbert Ou©draogo, along with the Secretary General of the Government, Ousmane Ouattara, and his team, visited five media outlets in Bobo-Dioulasso. The visit took place on Thursday, August 7, and was aimed at understanding the working conditions of the media and encouraging their role in information dissemination.

According to Burkina Information Agency, the media outlets visited included L'Express du Faso, Ouest Info, BF1 television, ‚¬Å¡¬€¦¡¬€š¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬¦¡¬€š¬…¡¬‚¬¦¡¬¦¡¬°ditions Sidwaya, and Radio LPC. The minister's tour focused on encouraging media staff to continue their mission of providing information, raising awareness, and educating the public. He emphasized the importance of professionalism and the need for media personnel to be innovative and responsive to public needs.

At each location, the minister conveyed his appreciation and urged media professionals to remain committed to their roles. He highlighted the shared mission of media and government in serving the public interest and stressed the importance of working together to benefit society as a whole.

During the visit to BF1 television, the minister also extended his birthday wishes to the channel, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary.
