Ouagadougou: The Islamic Republic of Iran on Tuesday extended its congratulations to Burkina Faso on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of its accession to independence, while expressing its wish to strengthen bilateral relations.
According to Burkina Information Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran conveyed its sincere congratulations to the people and government of Burkina Faso on their Independence Day. The message, shared on the social network X, emphasized Iran's desire for further expansion of cooperation between the two nations.
As a reminder, since the arrival in power of the President of Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traor©, relations between Burkina Faso and the Islamic Republic of Iran have seen a marked improvement.
