Sandbontenga: The new regional director of Urban Planning and Housing of Koulse, Theodore Oubda, pledged, Tuesday in Kaya, to work with determination to achieve the objectives assigned to him during his installation.
According to Burkina Information Agency, after serving as interim director of the position for four months, civil engineering design engineer Theodore Oubda has been confirmed as regional director of urban planning and housing for the Koulse region. He was appointed to his new position by the secretary general of the Koulse region, Bernadette Adenyo/Serme.
The new regional director expressed his awareness of the difficult task ahead. He therefore pledged to work with determination to achieve the objectives set for him. Mr. Oubda also called on his colleagues to cooperate frankly.
For her part, the region’s general secretary, Bernadette Adenyo/Serme, stressed that the new regional director has already proven himself during his interim term. This assumption of office, according to Ms. Adenyo/Serme, comes in a context of major urban development for the Koulse, with development and housing improvement projects intended to meet the growing needs of the population.
