Koosin: Djibasso Municipality Honors Departing Police Officers for Dedicated Service


Koosin: The vice-president of the special delegation of the commune of Djibasso, Soumala Ganame, presided over a farewell and tribute ceremony for six police officers who have been reassigned to serve in other localities of the country.



According to Burkina Information Agency, the ceremony took place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, and was a gesture of appreciation for the officers’ loyal services to the municipality. During the event, the community paid tribute to the officers, respecting their contributions and commitment to public service.



Hassa Dembele, the representative of the customary chiefdom, congratulated the officers for their dedication to serving the community and offered blessings for their future endeavors. Police Commissioner Sayouba Kinda, speaking on behalf of the departing officers, expressed gratitude to the local population for their support and collaboration with the Defense and Security Forces (FDS).



In his remarks, Police Commissioner Dieudonne Sana commended the officers for their commitment and dedication to duty. He advised them to maintain their high standards of professionalism as they continue their careers in new assignments.



Soumala Ganame, the first vice-president of the special delegation of the commune, also thanked the departing officers, highlighting their professionalism and strong sense of duty throughout their tenure in Djibasso.
