The Addis Ababa City Mayor, Adanech Abiebie arrived in Chuncheon City of Korea for an official visit and to renew the relationship between the two sisterly cities.
The Ethiopian delegation was warmly welcomed by the Mayor of Chuncheon City, Yook Dong Han and his team and discussed about strengthening the bilateral relations between the two sisterly cities.
The two sides have also reached an agreement to cooperate in education and training, land management, smart cities, urban development, and related issues.
“Mayor Yook Dong Han and his delegation will visit Addis Ababa at my invitation, as part of a people-to-people relationship, strengthening cultural exchange program; and to commemorate the 19th anniversary of Addis Ababa and Chuncheon’s relations,” Adanech said in her face-book page.
Similarly, youth delegation teams from Addis Ababa will travel to Chuncheon for cultural and experience exchange.
