Tour du Rwanda results & GC: Yacob Debesay solos to victory in penultimate stage

Eritrea’s Yacob Debesay won the 84.1km penultimate stage of the Tour du Rwanda in Kigali today.

Debesay soloed to victory in 2:12:35, beating Delko Marseille Provence’s Alessandro Fedeli by 21 seconds. Interpro Cycling Academy’s Adrien Guillonnet completed the podium.
